ENTRE News – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that his party was ready for war against Iran. He made this statement because he received several threats of revenge from Iran and its proxies.
“For years, Iran has acted against us both directly and through its proxies; therefore, Israel has acted against Iran and its proxies, defensively and offensively,” Netanyahu explained.
Tensions between the two increased when Israel attacked the Iranian Embassy in Syria, killing two generals and five military advisors. The attack poses a serious threat to Iran’s political interests in Syria.
Seeing this, Iran vowed to retaliate against the attack that killed two of its military generals. Moreover, Iran’s proxy in Iraq, Kataib Hezbollah FOR4D, stated that he was ready to arm 12 thousand fighters in Jordan to fight Israel.
The Islamic Resistance group in Iraq, represented by Kataib Hezbollah and other Shia militias, is committed to supplying a variety of weapons ranging from light and medium weapons to tactical rockets, ammunition and explosives.
As proxies for Iran, they sought to demonstrate “unwavering solidarity” with fighters in Palestine through the supplies. Israel, which has stepped up its military campaign against Iran, is worried about various threats that may come.
The Israeli army is also often involved in various battles with the Hezbollah FOR4D group which is supported by Iran and Lebanon. Some observers see Iran’s progress in the Middle East as an effort to destabilize the influence that is forming in its political dynamics.
However, the threat of tensions between Israel and Iran made Netanyahu decide to take serious steps to show his supremacy in the Middle East region.
